CAN is engaged in the planning phase for CHEER.  CHEER is an internet based central repository of basic health and education information for children in the child welfare system in Los Angeles County.  CHEER will ensure that the county's most vulnerable children--those who have been removed from their families because of abuse or neglect and have been placed in out-of-home care--obtain the health and education services they need
and deserve.
